The town of Anson and Solon Recreation departments have partnered with RSU#74 to offer this year's ASP.  By joining forces, we can offer a recreational and academic program for our community.  The COVID pandemic has led to a reduced amount of academic learning time for students.  The partnership between the town and the school will help students to overcome this loss in learning time.  We understand the importance of after school activities, and have created activities that will encourage confidence, independent thought, and productive behavior.

The goal of the ASP is to minimize learning loss and create a fun, engaging and supportive environment for your children.  We offer activities in arts and crafts, music, robotics and games.  The program will also have dedicated time for physical activity, including supervised games and sports-based programs.  We offer healthy snacks.  Academic time will focus on math and literacy activities along with dedicated homework time to meet the needs of all students.  We want to build a bridge between after school time and home, with the goal of enhancing your child's intellectual, emotional and social development.
